closePrint Press TextMax von der Groeben, born 1992 in Cologne, Germany, studied acting at the Otto-Falckenberg-Schule in Munich. His career began in 2004 with his first television appearance in the German comedy series “Bernds Hexe”. Since then Max von der Groeben routinely appeared in television and full feature movie productions.
In 2012 he appeared in the movie “Inklusion – gemeinsam anders” which was nominated for the Günther-Strack-Fernsehpreis award and Max von der Groeben subsequently in 2013 received a nomination for the Deutschen Schauspielerpreis award. In the same year the actor received the “HÖRZU”-new young talent award – furthermore the “Goldene Kamera” award for his acting achievements in the movies “Polizeiruf 110 – Eine andere Welt” and “Inklusion – gemeinsam anders”. The 29 year old gained wide popularity with his appearances as Daniel Beckers (Danger) in the widely acknowledged television series “Fack ju Göhte” and also with his feature movie appearances in “Bibi und Tina” by Detlev Buck (2013 – 2016). Followed by the Netflix-Thriller “Kidnapping Stella” which had him, Jella Haase and Clemens Schick in the lead roles. At the end of 2019 Max von der Groeben was seen in the book adaptation “Das Auerhaus” by Neele Leana Vollmar. This was followed up in 2020 with “LINDENBERG! Mach dein Ding” by Hermine Huntgeburth and the ZDF limited series “Die verlorene Tochter” by Kai Wessel. Next to acting Max von der Groeben also engages on a regular basis with dubbing-, radio play and audio books such as “Der kleine Drache Kokosnuss” or Stan Lee’s “Alliances – A trick of Light” followed by the feature movies “Die Schule der magischen Tiere” and “Hinterland” by Stefan Ruzowitzky in 2021.
